A good bug report saves me hours. An incomplete one costs three replies before we even establish what we are talking about. Copy the template below into your post and fill in what you can — if you cannot answer a line, leave it, that is fine.

Two things that help enormously:
A screenshot or a clip. Even filmed on a phone — a crash seen beats a crash described.
The log file. It lives in %APPDATA%\ProjetServal\logs\ — take the most recent one and paste its contents into your post, or upload it to a text-sharing service and link it.
If the game crashes on startup and you have no log at all, say so: that is useful information in itself.
