Five points, and they mostly exist so that I never have to moderate anything.
1. Be decent. You can think a vehicle is badly balanced without going after the person who disagrees. Insults, harassment and hateful posts are removed without discussion.
2. One thread per problem. One bug, one thread. It feels heavy, but it is the only way I can track what is fixed and what is not.
3. Search before you post. The search box is at the top of every page. If your question already has an answer, you will get it faster than waiting for mine.
4. No cheating, no piracy, no advertising. No links to modified builds, cheat software or third-party shops. No promoting your own project without asking me first.
5. Content belongs to whoever made it. If you post a screenshot or a clip, make sure you have the right to share it.
On moderation: I remove as little as possible. A removed post leaves a visible tombstone in the thread rather than vanishing, so nobody has to wonder whether their message got swallowed. If you run into something that needs attention, the Report button under every post sends it straight to me.
This thread is locked. To discuss the rules themselves, open a thread in General discussion.
The forum is bilingual — write in English or French, whichever you prefer. Every thread is tagged with its language and you can filter the list with the buttons at the top.
